We're going there tonight with friends...Has anybody tried it? This is Russell Klein's (former WA Frost Exec Chef) new place. I'll report back.

    Went there for lunch on Friday. The service was very slow, but the food, from my perspective was pretty good. I had the moules frites. Mussels were very tasty - big and meat and served with a nice broth with fennel. The fries were crisp, but served a little cold.

    I hope they get their service down - especially for lunch. The wait was, quite frankly, unacceptable and had this not been their first week open, I would not go back for lunch. I'd be willing to wait a bit for them to work out the kinks. The reaction to the lateness was varied - the chef, perhaps Mr Klein, came out and apologized, but at least one member of the wait staff acted as if nothing had happened.

        How long was the wait? Were they busy at all? I hope this place turns out to be good..

          Our lunchtime wait was at least 40 minutes from the time our order went in (4 entrees) to the time that we were served. They were pretty busy, but we were seated promptly and our order taken fairly promptly. This leads me to believe that it was the kitchen side of things.

          As I said before, I'm hopeful that this was just opening issues that will shake out. I'll go back again.

      Four of us were there for dinner on Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. The service was pleasantly friendly, but professional. The food was exceptional and we were all excited about this wonderful new place in town!
      We had the following: Braised Beef Strudel, Oyster Bloody Mary Shooter (They call these amusements...A great idea, as they are smaller portions than appetizers, and my eyes are always bigger than my stomach! There were several to choose from, but the men in our party decided to go for the regular portions and tried the Gnocchi and Fois Gras Terrine to rave reviews. We decided to go for four different dishes so we could get a good feel for the food and went for the Hazelnut Crusted Scallops, Trio of Pork, Salmon and Breast of Duck...We all loved what we had. At this point, being very full, we couldn't resist dessert, so tried two for the four of us: the pumpkin beignets and the crem brule. They have agood, moderately priced wine list too. We all agreed that we will return very soon.
