I have tried Hashigo Sushi twice now and each time I’ve been impressed with the service and quality / taste of the food.

The appetizers are delicious. I especially liked the tempura - nice and crisp and the dipping sauce was lovely. You should also try the rib-eye steak wrapped around asparagus, it's delicious!!

The sushi and sashimi are to die for! Never tasted anything this fresh and the presentation of the sushi were superb.

My recommendation would be eat at the sushi bar and have the sushi chefs make a few of their specialty dishes, you won't be disappointed!

For those that are non-sushi lover....like my husband, the menu has many choices to choose from. My husband had the steak, and it was one of best steak he had in a long time, it was very tender and juicy and you can tell it was top quality meat. The steak was cooked perfectly to his liking.

The prices are very reasonable for such excellent food. There are so much choices and variety to choose from! It's nice, as it leaves you wanting to come back again to try another one of the dishes that you couldn't order last time.

I would happily go back again ...

Hi Jenny,

I totally agree with your assessment. I did a small write up a few weeks ago here

We've been back twice since then, and the service and food were excellent. Sitting at the sushi bar and getting the wonderful off-the-menu creations is fun, and the crisp, not oily tempura is a definite plus in my book. I also appreciate that they carry Kubota Manjyu in both bottle sizes at decent prices, but also have 3 kinds of house sake available too.

I didn't know that the sushi chef Koji had such a fine lineage of other sushi restaurants he's worked at/owned prior to coming here. I will be back again too.
