Has anyone tried Splash Restaurant in Long Valley, NJ yet? They just opened within the past 2 or 3 weeks, I think.

It's where Caruso's used to be next to the Long Valley Brew Pub. Intersection of Fairmount and 513. Same parking lot as the Brew Pub.

    2. My husband and I went to Splash last weekend. We were not that impressed. The place recently went through a renovation, nothing major. The service was very unorganized and young. No management for the staff, and the bar area was very clicky. We had a pizza which was tasty, and we had a couple seafood appetizers, they weren't very good. The quality of the fish wasn't that great, didn't taste fresh. Not something you would expect from a "Seafood" restaurant. Caruso's is missed for it's charm, warmth and great food every visit. Better off going to the Brew Pub.

      1. Re: Splash Restaurant in Long Valley....still not much said about it until coworker and wife stopped there. Atmosphere is modern, large screen depicting undersea life swimming from one screen into the next. Food very good, presentation is excellent.
I'm sure they're hoping word of mouth will bring in a few more folks..competition with Brew Pub next door...folks know about that one therefore they head there instead of trying something new. I'm sure they won't be disappointed. I havent as yet but waiting until after Christmas.

            1. How's the service? I find that at restaurants in that area they hire unprofessional kids.
