Rec. for Sat. Night B-day Party in OC

Anyone have a good recommendation for a spot in Orange County for a birthday get together for 12-20 or so people on a Saturday Night? Something not expensive, maybe has music, good crowd, etc. I should add that we want it to be an all night event where we can hang out and have drinks. Just some snacks would be fine, it doesn't have to be a full sit down dinner. Thanks!

Try Serras in Laguna Beach. It's on Laguna Canyon next to the Sawdust Festival grounds. It doesnt get going until 10, but great for groups with lots of shareable small plates (mediterranean/middle eastern cuisine) and dancing. Very diverse crowd (especially for Orange County).
