East Coast Grill menu item question

What on earth is the 'Extremely hot crispy hell bone tossed with inner beauty"? I have to translate this for someone, and I simply for the life of me cannot figure out what it could be... tia

Mmm, I'm gonna need to make a trip to ECG this weekend. Those hell bones are one of my favorite things on the menu.

Thank you all for helping out. There is no way in heck ;-) I could've figured that one out by myself. You guys rock!

I had one a while back, and I agree with Bob Doblina's description. It took me 15 minutes to eat it for fear of bursting into flames if I went too fast, but it was delicious.

But, I don't recal it being very crispy. It was certainly not "wet" though.

I think that means one large beef rib slathered in Inner Beauty hot sauce (made with habaneros).

I think it was a pork sparerib the last time I had it.

Yeah, I think I've always had pork spareribs on those single bone apps, but I might be mistaken. But the 'slathered in IB sauce' is a correct description.

Pork it is. I always think of those large bones as being from a larger animal. ;)
