Or is there something they're drinking now??? I had a post asking about cocktails at Barton G's and that got me wondering where are the best cocktails, if not there?
So does anyone know how they make the Haitian mojito at Tap Tap? This is unbelievably good, and unreplicable, as far as I can tell from on-line searches. What makes it so good-- and different-- from a regular mojito?
Last reply here was in 2007 and the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area is now on a separate board. You might try your question over there.
hosteria romana. espagnola way.
Tap Tap has the best Mojito in the universe.
Talula's got a mean one now with 10 Cane rum.
I really like the one at Maison d'Azur as well...
Not having tried them all, Tap Tap was the first that came to mind..had my first the other night; very well made drink.
I found Lario's to be too sweet for my taste.
Second Tap Tap....Haitian rum rocks...
Maison is very sweet too - keep that in mind when you try it next...
