re: trufflehound
In fact, the Bradford game supper is Saturday the 17th. BFP and I are headed up for our annual visit. If anyone's interested, let me know and I'll post contact and other details (however, it may well be sold out already - I think it does sell out every year.)
It's $25 a head - a bargain, I think. But it ain't hardly "in the Boston area."

La Stanza Diva in Woburn Center. Interesting exotic game menu. Here's a link to their game menu:

Like LauraB, I loved Jamie Bissonette's (KO Prime) antelope terrine and sausage as part of a charcuterie plate. Also, these Italian restaurants usually have wild boar on the menu - Umbria, Lucca, Terramia, and Bricco. I keep meaning to check out Prezza's wood-grilled venison with pumpkin crepe, but haven't yet. The chef/owner is a hunter, so sometimes there are other dishes on the menu - it might be worth a call.
(BTW - speaking of Prezza and wild game reminds me about this article a couple years ago re: local chefs who hunt, so maybe some of the restaurants mentioned here might have game on their menus)
They got game....Five Boston chefs go hunting for dinner.

I had antelope terrine on the charcuterie plate at KO Prime a month ago or so - it was really good (the charcuterie plate was my favorite thing we ordered that night - I would definitely like to go back to the bar and get it again). I have had wild boar at La Morra in Brookline Village a while ago. It was tasty - although I remember needing to add a bit of salt to the dish to make it come together - this is not an issue I have had with other things at La Morra.

The Nordic Lodge has a few nights a year (coming up, actually) where they have an all-you-can-eat game dinner (they're usually an all-you-can-eat lobster place). It's in Charlestown, RI.
If you don't mind doing the cooking yourself, Savenor's has an excellent selection of unusual game (just got an email informing me of their Burmese Python, although I'm not sure that's officially "game."). If you have any special requests, just call them, and they'll get it for you pretty quickly.
