Lacroix for clients?

Hi there, I am looking to bring a group of NYC executives and clients for an intimate (but not stuffy) dinner on Saturday evening.
What are your thoughts on Lacroix at the Rittenhouse?

Excellent choice. He's a Philly legend.

In a profession where kitchen staff can be volatile and depart without notice, Chef Lacroix keeps his people for years. This attests to his leadership and ability to impart and maintain his high standards.I've seen him work with students. No wonder he has such employee loyalty and his offerings such consistent quality.

I thought Chef Lacroix retired? Matt Levin has been the executive chef there for the past year.

Yes. Chef Lacroix has been out of the kitchen for over a year.

I have to agree - my husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful lunch on Saturday and plan to return for dinner soon. Food is super delicious, service is excellent and I love the atmosphere.

They have a small room that looks like it seats about 10 that might work for you. The food is wonderful.

Indeed. We did a birthday party in that room for an older crowd within the past month -- the folks at Lacroix couldn't have been easier to deal with, and the whole evening was great.
