Italian Kitchen - Rt 18, East Brunswick

I believe the name is Franco or Francisco's or something along those lines and is right on route 18 in East Brunswick fairly close to the Route 1 exit.

Wondering if anyone had been there yet and had any initial impressions? No thought to this point on it, hopefully its good.

We ate there a few months back, and my initial impression was that it will be a great addition to the town's restaurant scene. I do not recall what we had, it was fish of some kind and I liked it. I did get a sense that the place had just opened, but also that it was staffed with experienced restaurant personnel who would gel into a great service team given a little more time.

I want to revisit the place soon, and will try to write a better review then.

I think that the chef/owner used to work at the Sheraton up in Woodbridge.
