Bay and Dundas - Large Group Lunch and Good Value

Hello all,

I've been tasked with organizing my own farewell lunch. It's looking like it will probably be a group of ~30, so I'm looking for something that can accomodate a group that large with food that is good, which also takes into account vegetarian options. Bonus points for something reasonably priced.

Thanks for the suggestions! :)

  1. Oh my poor dear, you're organizing your own farewell do? nuff said.

I don't have any suggestions right now. If you type " private " in the search field at this link, the results might offer some options -

Yeah, I am. I'm less than impressed about it too...and I get to organize not one, but TWO more for myself for another job on Friday and Saturday.

Thanks for the link! That sure comes in handy.

LOL!!! I couldn't help but add my two cents. On the positive side Medira, at least you're leaving the place. That alone must be a good thing. That is really terrible, having to organize your own lunch. Shame on them!!

      2. 5th Element (Bay/Wellesly) should have enough space to accomodate and they have amazing food for great prices. Always love their service as well! Right now, they're offering a 2 course $16 prix fixe lunch.

        1. There's loads of tasty looking Asian places around there, lots of Chinese, some Thai, some Japanese.

I personally really enjoy the food at Spadina Garden, but there are bigger venues a bit west. Of course I don't know their name, so not *that* much help.

          1. What about renting out Linda's, upstairs from Salad King?

I like Yueh Tung, except for maybe the vegetarian options. I'm sure they can accommodate, though.
