charleston- nantucket bay scallops

commercial season just opened- any thoughts on who might have them on the menu?

    Someone may have an answer but the season has gotten off to a slow start..Noel passed through and kept a lot of boats in. They're just starting to appear in a few boston restaurants and markets


    If I had to guess, I'd check with McCrady's. I had a great dinner there Sat..well sourced ingredients..and very high quality New England fish...willl post soon with pics
