I didn't end up using my pumpkins for carving this year, so I want to make some yummy pumpkin recipes. I am not a big pumpkin pie person, so does anyone have any soup recipes or pumpkin bread recipes?
This is different, and tasty. I make a pan version where I put half the bulgar in an oiled pan, put in the filling, and top with the rest of the bulgar. I then pour about three tablespoons of melted butter on it and bakeat350 for about30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned. I also add a bit of sumac, pomegrannite molasses and garlic to the filling.
