Fondue Party Drink Needed

I am having a fondue party where I will do a Mexican style cheese fondue and a milk chocolate dessert fondue. Can I get some suggestions for a cocktail? I'm trying to decide whether to go the standard wine route, but I think a signature drink might be more fun.

These are very different flavors so I think I'd do different drinks. Mexican cheese fondue says margaritas to me but mojitos would be good too. For the chocolate I'd do a fruity port like Whidbey's loganberry or a great red wine. But then I put champagne with everything so it's usually on my table too.
