Can anyone name this cuban dish? [Moved from Home Cooking board]
Its kind of like this fried chicken in this orange-colored sauce and is absolutley delicious! I know its not alot to go on but any help would be much apprieciated.

can you kind of talk about the flavors? consistency of the sauce, etc? was it at a restaurant or home-cooked?
i ask because having grown up cuban, alot of homes have variations on recipes, and often no two dishes are the same or are a family concoction.
and I've tended to see that in alot of "Cuban Restaurants" these days, I often end up looking at a menu that ieither heavily fused, or just "influenced by cuban or caribbean flavors.
based on my own knowledge, the basic thing you described rings no bells for me...

The recipe probably includes sour orange juice and other citrus juices as well.
