Looking for something slightly more healthful than Johnnie's/Tito's. Is Fraiche worth the money?

Yes on Fraiche, and get one of their specialty cocktails. And agree wholeheartedly with NAspy about Tender Greens (also very healthful).

Ugo is also open Sundays. My girlfriend and I had a really nice dinner there last weekend. The feel is slightly corporate, but the food is legitimately good.

Yes it is, but if you want to spend less and still eat well, Tender Greens is a great casual spot with salads, soups and entrees. Also wine and beer. It does not have table service per se, you stand in line and order off of a large wall menu and then amble down the line to the cash register and pay as you get your food.
