Need recipe for pickled tomatoes

Hi everyone. I just finished picking my tomatoes for the season. I have a large amount of green cherry tomatoes left and would prefer not to waste them. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do with them? I'd like to try my hand at pickling them, but I have not been able to find a good recipe. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!

This one is Easy - keeps for 10 days in the refrigerator and you can eat these immediately:
Simmer for 15 minutes in non-reactive pot:
one quart of apple cider vinegar (32 ounces)
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup salt
    3 garlic cloves
    3 sprigs of fresh tarragon
one teaspoon of whole black peppercorns
    3 red chili peppers, optional

Add washed and quartered green tomatoes (3 pounds), simmer for 3 minutes. Let cool in brine. Refrigerate in glass jars for up to 10 days. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
