I stopped in to the new home of KJ Baaron's in the rotary at Union Station today. What a great source for yummy stuff! They have a small but interesting selection of artisinal cheese and meats, as well as a decent wine and beer selection. The wine selection isn't as large as some other "super stores" in the area, but seemed hand-picked by someone with good taste. They had some of the harder to find wines (including my fave Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cab 2003), and the largest selection of Belgian ale I've seen in the area. (Yea Orval!)

The grand opening is tomorrow at noon, with a wine tasting and apps.

Nice to see this type of store opening in Worcester - I hope there are enough people interested to support it.
