New Pumpkin item! Pumpkin Quark!

So the vendor at the Santa Monica Saturday Farmer's market on Arizona who sells the jack cheese, telemne, the cheese curds, the leomn quark and garlic quark had pumpkin quark.

Quark is a smooth, creamy cheese spread, just to clarify for those who have not encountered it.

The pumpkin quark was really yummy! I can see spreading it on a biscuit or crackers, or even dolloping it on a graham cracker tartlet. It's be good on a bagel or pancakes or waffles. Use ginger snaps or gingerbread cookies to scoop it (or make little ginger snap sandwiches!

I can even think of a few interesting savory uses.

He says they'll have it off and on. $5 for a tub.

I think he's there on Wednesdays, too, but I'm not sure. His stand is on the east side of Arizona, on the beach side of the Prominade on Saturday.

Wow, this sounds amazing. I love quark! Is the pumpkin quark savory or sweet?

I bought some of this at the Saturday farmer's market at Cloverfield and Pico in SaMo and it is delicious. I'm eating straight out of the container as I type this.

Ain't it ? Gosh,. I hope it stays around for a while. You could use it to make little no-bake pumpkin cheesecakes!
