Sunday in Sacramento!

We're stopping in Lodi to wine taste on a Sunday (on our way back from Paso Robles) and we need to be at the Sacramento airport at 7 p.m. Coming from Lodi to the airport, can you think of a good place that is reasonably fast (not fast food), good, maybe even with wine and open Sunday at 5:30? Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Any cuisine choices? There are a lot of good places between Lodi and the airport. With time constraints, I would recommend the Buckhorn Grill in midtown Sacramento for quick service of excellent tri-tip - perfect to pair with a Lodi zin. Another good choice closer to the airport is Tuk Tuk for excellent Thai food. Elk Grove is full of chain restaurants of all quality levels along CA 99, but I-5 is somewhat of a wasteland.

Thanks; now I wonder if Tuk Tuk is a chain. We have a Tuk Tuk in Portland. Thought I'd note we are going November 11, not tomorrow.

There may be other places called Tuk Tuk but the one that SD recommended is not a chain. It is a beautiful restaurant and delcious thai food. Gorgeous place. Reasonable prices and great service.
