Just had one today from Grey Dogs that was really really delicious with grilled chicken. I know it isn't a greek restaurant, but greek salad is my favorite and I really enjoyed it.

Taksim also has a good one.

Pylos. Periyali. The place we go to in Astoria (scratch that you said Manhattan). Greek salad is pretty easy to be the best at provided all ingredients are really fresh. I'll let you know about Ithaka's, going next week.

Great! Thanks, all. Love Grey Dog's and Pylos...need to try their Greek salad next time I'm there. Haven't been to Periyali yet, but it's on my list. I didn't mention Astoria because that's a given, and they have many a fantastic Greek saladsthere...was looking for something closer. BUT if one Greek salad stands out from the rest in Astoria, let me know. :)
Thanks, guys!!
