tongue or tripe tomorrow between NYC and Massapequa?

Driving from NYC to Massapequa tomorrow and have a hankering for tongue or tripe (in any form from Chinese to tacos). I can take Jericho or Sunrise so can stop pretty much anywhere.

Any ideas?

Sarge's Jewish style deli has it as well as good pastrami.The small Mexican and Central American places usually have them V&T in Hempstead a chiese market who do have a good deal of Asian patrons may still have bith in their menu as well as congee.El Rodeo here in E Moriches offers tongue tacos.In Hicksville a new Chinese place may have what your looking for they've been posted on this site
