christmas eve at honolulu

I'll be in Honolulu for Christmas eve. Would like to have a memorable night with good food. ANy recs, might still be open that night?

    Just saw in the paper that La Mer in the Halekulani Hotel will be offering a nine-course "Ultimate Dinner" "For the next two months..." (whether that includes 12/24 is unclear). That should be memorable.ONLY $190pp! Tel. 808-923-2311.

      I do not know if there is a "sommelier's pairing," also offered, as none was mentioned. Also, I did not see complete dates, i.e. 12/24, but I'd give them a call.
