Lydia Shire's Sky, York, ME

Just wondering if there was any news with regard to Lydia Shire's new restaurant in York? I had heard it was scheduled to open at the end of October, but haven't heard anything more. I believe the restaurant is to be named Sky or Blue Sky.....

    Blue Sky is now open and taking reservations. 207-363-0050
