I haven't been in a little while, but I've always gotten the beef sandwich which was always chopped.

      2. I went to Jay Bee's for the first time a couple of weekends ago. I got the combo dinner with beef and pork ribs. Wow, were they good. Meaty, tender, great flavor. I got the medium sauce which was just perfect. A little kick, but not overwhelming. I also liked the cole slaw quite a bit. Fresh tasting with a light dressing. The macaroni salad was too gloppy for me. This dinner set me back less than $13. It was enough for 3 meals for me! And the people were very, very nice. I wish this was closer for me... Er, on second thought, maybe it's good it's not so close...

        1. I actually liked this particular episode of the referenced FN program. I was amazed to see how much new food service equipment lurked in that tiny shack. Also, they mentioned that the owner's brother owns Interstate BBQ in Memphis (with supposedly the same recipes).
Now that I know the heritage, I'll be trying the pork!

No wonder the pig logo. I Knew that was from Interstate BBQ I thought they just jacked the logo.
