Anyone heard where he went after leaving Hibiscus?

    I saw him the other day...he is indeed opening up Paul Pinnell's restaurant near downtown...and taking it easy (for Rudy)...they should be open soon...I will keep you posted...

        Heard he was partnered up with Paul Pinnell on his upcoming restaurant in One Arts. But that was a couple of months ago...so he's probably already moved and had 3 stops since then....
