Was there Sunday. They've been at their location for 2 days as of Sunday.
I didn't get any chocolates because they all had a thick layer of condensation on them. WTF? At these prices, they can afford to fix these kinds of problems, and not at the customer's expense. Am totally disgusted.
The pain au chocolat I got was pretty bad. The dough is tougher than it used to be. You can even see the difference on the outside, no little butter blisters, just a smooth, tough shell.
The macarons were amateurish looking, bubbly round and inconsistent in shape and size. Nothing to write home about. In fact, pretty terrible.
The only things that looked good were the little cakes and tarts but unfortunately, I didn't get them this time because I went specifically for the croissant and macarons and chocoltes.
All in all, money wasted. I realize they are adjusting to the new place but these are pretty big missteps imho, mistakes I don't want to have to pay for.
