Great Seattle Restaurants

Hi everyone:

I am coming to Seattle tomorrow and need a great place for dinner tomorrow night and a wine bar. Dinner is more important though. I want something that shows what Seattle is best at, has a seasonal menu and is a sure fire winner. There are several F&W best new chefs in town and I am hoping to score something at one of those. Any help folks?

Suggest you for-go the Night of the Living Dead Belltown offerings and go to Seven Stars Szechuan in the International District and order the Szechuan Crab. If you're still hungry later, visit Oliver's at the Mayflower Hotel, but not for the food.
