A Good Spice Grinder

Can anyone recommend a good spice grinder? I have been using a coffee bean grinder, but I don't like it for spices. I suspect it requires a fuller load than I use when I grind spices. Anyway, most of the spices stay unground. Surely there is a purpose made spice grinder?
Thanks in advance.

I don't know how much you want to grind at one time, but I've had good luck with the inexpensive burr mills from Ikea. The grind can be adjusted from coarse to fine. I roast the spices first, let them cool down then put them into the little glass jar. I can grind what I need, although I have to admit it is a bit tedious if I need a tablespoon or more.

I've had good results using them with "softer" spices like cumin coriander. Haven't tried peppercorns since I have a pepper mill for that.

A 2nd on the Ikea mills. Ceramic disc, no internal metal to rust, several to choose from like $7-10 bucks. I have two and they've far outlasted many others costing 3x.

You can also buy the little bottles and store spices in them and just move the mill from jar to jar.

There are only about 35 Ikea stores in the US and this spice mill is not available through their web site.
