Best Halloween-theme wine?

AlabasterDisaster Oct 31, 2007 03:39 PM

I am going to have a couple glasses of wine with some friends tonight after we get back from taking the kids trick-or-teating. What is an appropriate Halloween wine? I might bring over a bottle of The Phantom or maybe some Incognito Rouge (mask on the label.) Any other fun ideas?

Bone-Jolly, the Gamay Noir rosé from Edmunds St. John. Even has a couple of skeletons on the label www.edmundsstjohn.com/newsletter/dead... (scroll down a ways). What's more, it ain't evil.

I'm pretty sure I saw 'Vampire" wine at my local boozerie. And 'Evil'. I'm pretty sure i saw that too.

Gary Vaynerchuk tasted 4 "Halloween" wines on 10/29 - go over to Wine Library TV and check it out. Evil was one of them and it was pure evil bad the way he described it!
