Cafe Song (Lenexa, Kansas)

Has anyone tried this new Vietnamese restaurant? It's located on the corner in the same shopping center that is host to Dillon's grocery store. Approximately 75th/ Quivira. I've been enticed to try, but would like to hear a yay or nay from the foodlores.

I dined at Cafe Song in February and it may have been the worst service I have ever had. So bad it was almost humerous. The food was average and a bit pricey.

They appear to be gone now. I didn't see the store banner and the place looked closed.

I *think* someone posted on the board about when they first opened. My impression was that the poster thought the pho wasn't very good. Here it is: http://www.chowhound.com/topics/420817

It's possible they've improved. My mom told me when she stopped by for a menu the owner told her they're adding more dishes but hadn't printed up new menus yet.

thanks! i think i'm going to hold out a few months before i venture in there. will give them some time to perfect their dishes and wait to see if they last in that spot.
