I live just down the road from OG and haven't been. But if it matters to folks, they worked VERY hard to make the new building very green and energy efficient. I sorta recall they are solar powered.
Totally agree with the other posters. LBI is a bit of a food wasteland; very few really good restaurants. I have not been to OG since they moved, but it was pretty good while on the island.
I ate many times at their location when they were in Surf City on LBI but not yet at the one in Mayetta. One on LBI was a favorite. It was BYOB and very good. I miss having it on the island since there's not much on LBI that I really like.
I know! There really isn't much on LBI, plus the prices usually don't justify the food. I missed them when they were there, but the new place looks very inviting.
