I bought a "Marcato" eons ago at Eaton's that's still doing the job. They work best doing various flat cuts, so don't go for fancy-schmancy cutters that promise ravioli, etc.Upscale cookware fetish shops often skip these old warhorses in favor of the pricey electric toys--best avoided. Try along St Clair(hardware stores once carried these), possibly Woodbridge. Cookware places along Spadina and College might be worth a look, too.
