Rancho Steak Burrito

I'm trying to remember what was in the taco bell rancho steak burrito. Steak, beans, cheese, flour tortilla. Was there rice? What kind of cheese? Sauce?

Marinated Steak
Whole, Jalepeno-flavored Beans
Rice
Three Cheese Blend

I LOVED the Rancho Steak Burrito when I was in college! I remembered them having steak, whole beans (not sure what kind), cheddar cheese, and "ranchero" sauce, but didn't remember the rice. Apparently I remembered slightly incorrectly because they did have rice:
