restaurant with best view of Manhattan?

Does anyone know of any restaurants in the outer boroughs with great NYC skyline views?

River Café (Brooklyn) and Water's Edge (Queens) have great views. Both are quite pricey, although I would argue that the combination of food (good), service (very good) and atmosphere/views (excellent) are worth the price. Alma's rooftop (heated) in the Columbia St. Neighborhood west of Carroll Gardens has spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and the tip of Manhattan. Prices are not as high as the RC. The upscale Mexican food is OK.

You might also try the TriState board for views of Manhattan from the New Jersey side.

There is also Riverview in Long Island City. Not as pricey as Water's Edge, and they have a private room that accommodates about 40.
