where to go to hire food concession/trucks?

I am planning a company party. The idea I'm exploring is some sort of carnival themed idea. What I'd like is to have the different kind of food you find at street fairs or state fairs, in different food truck/trailers. How do I go about finding/hiring them?

I tried googling food trucks and concession stands, but it really didn't turn up much...

Western Fairs Association has a publication of food venders that work in the Western US and Canada. They are based in Sacramento, CA.

contact your local " fair" thay will have a contact list of vendors in the area that do. You could also check your local food licenses.
