Restaurants near Fairmont Hotel in Dallas?

Greetings

I will be in Dallas next week at a convention staying at the abovve hotel and do not have a car. Any good suggestions for good Italian, Mexican, pizza, other cuisines? I like eclectic places that have food available at the bar if that helps.

Sorry to be vague, but I don't know the area and like a variety of foods so please feel free to let me know your favorites and thanks very much

Pyle's is one of the better and more happening restaurants around, and within very easy walking distance from the hotel. They also have bar service.
