I just received her cookbook, Chocolate and The Art of Lowfat Desserts--the book has got some beautiful looking and sounding desserts. I wondered if anyone who's checked out this book has any favorite recipes that I are must tries? Thankyou.

I just made these Alice Medrich cookies (not sure if they're in your books). They are cakey and rich and not overly sweet.

I've made almost the whole book, and it's all very good. In general, the ones with the pictures are better. The one I make most is the chocolate souffle cake, but I love the brownies (my favorite chewy brownie, low-fat or not) and macaroons (with the low-fat chocolate sauce in the middle).
