Two waitresses actually got into a shouting match in the dining room on one visit. For the same sort of food, I head to Big Al's instead (either location, though the new one on Tunnel Blvd has nicer atmosphere/decor, though you've got to love the sinks in the middle of the dining room at eh original one).
