Cantina Laredo-Scottsdale

Any reviews on this place? They have the Scottsdale location but a new location is being opened in the San Tan Village-Gilbert which is much closer to our location in Queen Creek. Menu looks good.

We enjoy the Cantina Laredo in Scottsdale.....it is corporately owned.
They offer some intersting selections and a great tableside guacamole.
Try their mole's... also well done.
If you sign up online for their eclub...you get a free tableside guacamole!!!

      I've been there, twice.

The first visit was not so good. I popped in for lunch. This was probably two years ago. Service was good and very friendly. I ordered cheese and onion enchiladas. I wondered where the onion was, and thought they might have used Hormel chili. I notice that the current menu just says "cheese enchilada".

On my second visit, a few months ago, I avoided the type of food that I could get at a thousand independently owned Mexican places in the Phoenix area, and ordered some seafood. I think it was halibut. This was much better, just expensive.

There are definitely better Mexican Restaurants which are more reasonably priced.....
CL does have a few gems on their menu.....
Their warm complimentary bean dip is yummy and their happy hour is a great value on Appetizers and margaritas!
