Can anyone recommend somewhere to eat around this area? Thank you!

I like the Fours on Canal. Better than average pub food. Good steak tips and sandwiches.
The Grand Canal further up Canal is a bit more upscale but I've only eaten there once years ago so I can't recommend the food. Nice spot for a drink though.

I'd recommend Flat Iron Tapas at the Bullfinch hotel. Great small plate menu, easy walk to the Garden, very good drinks.

If you're in the mood for traditional red sauce Italian, I like Massimino's. It's on Endicott St..in the corner of the NE that's very close to the Garden.

osteria rustico on the corner of canal just by north station - wonderful inexpensive traditional italian cooking - try the spaghetti and clams and any of the salads

I like Osteria Rustico too, but do they close early?

I like massimonos as well for their parm and picatta and clam sauce....

Fours is a classic, as far as sports bars.
