Best place to buy fudge in NYC?

So it's fall. and i am reminiscing about childhood trips to the farm to get pumpkins and apple cider and good fudge. and now i'm craving really good fudge. where in NYC can i find some fudge? (subway accessible please) I tried doing a google search and drawing a complete blank.

I recently had some really good pumpkin-pie fudge from The Sweet Life, on Hester St. (at Ludlow). The F train to East Broadway gets you very close.
