Cooking on Salt Blocks...
We just tried ours out tonight. We put it in the oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. The first piece of salmon and thinly sliced meat cooked quickly and tasted great, but the block seemed to cool off quickly. We put zucchini and onions on, too, and again, the first batch cooked well. You might need to return it to the oven repeatedly, we're still experimenting.
