Where can I find good potato latkas in Toronto?

the best I have found are at Polonez, where the chowhound meet is, on Nov.2nd

Free Times Cafe on College Street. They make them for take out at Chanukah time. Thin, crispy and lacy not mushy or too thick.

...and for Sunday brunch, "Bella! Did ya eat?" (that's what it's called)

I think that they serve latkes at all breakfasts.
