Best Restaurant Made Drinks in Bmore

I have found that most restaurants don't bother to make there only drinks. Instead will only serve the standard array of bought beverages. There are of course great exceptions to this generalization and I would like to hear what people favorites are in charm city.

I'll get the ball rolling with some of my recent favorites.

Homemade Sorrel, Gingerbeer and Seamoss from the Trinidad gourmet. These are a new addition to there menu and really inspired this post. They even freeze some of each drink to use as ice cubes.

A number of brewer art brews but my recent favorite is the Canard.

I look forward hearing everyones favorites.

Along these lines, any good Dark and Stormy's in and around Baltimore?

Bubble tea martini at Jack's Bistro is interesting and always good for a few. Also, the staff at Chesapeake Wine Company make incredibly good martinis and probably the best margs in the city.
