apple cider doughnuts

anyone know if they can be had in the city? Especially with the cinnamon crunch outside.

    Sorry to post such a nearly useless reply, but the mere mention of cider doughnuts makes me think of Hamilton Orchards (hamiltonorchards.com) along Rt. 202 in New Salem, MA. Nothing is listed on their web page about shipping, but it would be worth a call. A Fedexed box of these might just do the trick for you...

      Oh goodness, I'm not sure if Goebbert's in Hampshire, Ill., is still open, but I had some of the most amazing cold cider and fresh-out-of-the-fryer apple cider doughnuts there a couple of weeks ago. It's a TRIP out there, but I thought it was worth it.

        I second Goebberts, but there is one in South Barrington too, which is still far but a little easier to get too
