Under the radar gem for business dinner?
Austin 'Hound coming to town looking for a relative unknown gem where I can host a business dinner (6 total). Great wines are a must, trying to avoid the obvious choices like Le Bernardin, Daniel, Per Se, etc...I know you New York Hounds have a hidden favorite that hasn't made it to Zagat yet...Help a Texas 'Hound out?
