i don't know where you can buy blue mountain beans, but the restaurant caribbean flavours sells blue mountain by the cup. i think it is $4 a cup.
the restaurant is worth a visit for the food (it is slow food though, so give yourself lots of time while they make it). you could also phone and ask where they buy it from.
