Best Mexican in Philly?

I'm looking for a mexican restaurant with quality food at a reasonable price. I haven't tried many places in the city yet. Looking for a place around center city, art museum, or northern liberties. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Try Las Cazuelas at Lawrence & Girard or Taco Riendo at 5th & Thompson. The son owns the former and the father owns the latter. Both are BYOB but Riendo is much more casual
