Recipe nutritional content

I don't think this constitutes a "problem" but - your recipes would be more useful to me if you would include basic nutritional, per serving statistics: calories, protein, carbs, fat, sodium, cholesterol. Most magazines and newspapers that print recipes do this.

I'm not suggesting that the chowhound posters need to go this far, but that it would be a welcome addition to the Chow side.

You might also consider adding a forum/board for suggestions. Sometimes your readers can be helpful. Think of it like the 'ol suggestion box in the hall.
