Finally found this little place, been hearing about it for ages, waaaay the heck out there in Erwin terrace?

I've got to say, for being a quasi-fast food, college student dwelling in an area with about as much visual gratification as a chopstick...

well, the food was pretty darned good!

while i prefer my gyoza steamed rather than fried, they were still decent...dipping sauce too heavily soy-based.

my spicy thai basil with tofu over rice was fab! huge bowl for less than 10 bucks.

they had a surprisingly good Nigori on ice...not a common brand.

so yeah...i'd eat there again...or maybe just take it out.

  1. I do takeout there occasionally -- it's good and generally fast. I like the Thai noodle salad and Vietnamese noodle salad -- haven't tried any of the hot-in-temperature items yet...

Best steamed pork dumplings IMHO are at Kim Son on Guess Road -- very, very good.
